Pilates 101 90-120 mins

Never done Pilates before?... Then this course is for you, it can help everyone & every type of body!

What is Pilates? Where did it come from? Why do Pilates? Find out of all of this & a lot more in the 30-45 mins theory section of the course. Prepared with prior knowledge delve into an hour-long full-body based practice, where you will move your body in every plane of motion giving a well encompassed and rounded work-out. In this session, extra attention will be paid to the proximal stability muscles, but no muscle will go untouched! Experience the power of small yet intense movements and find your true core! This course can benefit everyone from your lady’s who lunch to the professional sports-star!

Millie's Magic 60-75 mins

Use a special piece of Pilates equipment in this full-body workout to challenge both your body & mind. Increase muscle tone, strength, stability & flexibility in this unique class.

Yogalates Flow 60-75 mins

Join Millie for a Spanish sunset fusion flow combining elements of both Yoga and Pilates to revitalise your body and reset your mind.

Start seated with eyes closed simply listening to the chosen theme of the class connecting your mind and body. Practice breathwork with the highest quality essential oils to ground your focus. Flow stretch and strengthen, feel the temperature rise in your heart and body. End in an extended Shavasana as the sun sets & simply take in that magical moment.

Healthy-living Workshop 60-75 mins

Interactive based lecture.

Learn & uncover the whole encompassing holistic approach when it comes to wellbeing. Understand the importance of listening to your body & take home a whole host of health-based tips to better support your journey to optimal wellness.

BASI trainers are of the highest calibre supplementing the classical repertoire of Clara and Joseph Pilates with contemporary experience and scientific knowledge.

Finding Pilates by pure chance when living in Australia Millie instantly became hooked. Pilates was the key to flicking back the switch to many inhibited (sleepy) muscles ... Pilates has since transformed her body, and the movement has acted as a connector to the mind.

Returning to Europe she completed her BASI training in London then moved to Marbella and became apart of the Costa Spine team in Guadalmina. She’s had experience working with various pathologies and injuries combining both rehabilitation and Pilates techniques.

Millie has also hosted various retreats and workshops in both Europe and the UK fusing both Yoga and Pilates encompassing a "Yogalates" fusion style of practice.

Millie’s high energy and thought-provoking themes will keep you motivated in her classes, and no session goes by without a burn! She pays particular attention to form, core stability, and the deep postural muscles of the body as "stability is the centre of everything when it comes to fitness"!

Whole natural foods fuel a strong practice which is why Millie offers additional support when it comes to key diet and lifestyle skills either one to one or in workshops and lectures. She reminds her clients that true wellbeing goes far beyond aesthetics, and is a firm believer that movement, food and nature are the best forms of medicine, taking a holistic approach encompassing the whole body, mind and spirit in her work.
